Text Box: Projects Text Box: Residential Text Box: Residential Projects: Over the past 44 years Parker Mudgett Smith Architects, Inc. has successfully designed and completed over 150 residential projects; new, additions and remodels. We have had the opportunity to design homes for some of the most prestigious regions in Southwest Florida like Boca Grande, Captiva and Sanibel. We have also designed homes for some well known community members like Wilber C. Smith III the owner of Bill Smith Appliances, Dr. Howard & Brenda Sheridan, the McKnight's, Wallace Dayton the owner off Target, the Underhill Residence who was the founding member of the Island Reporter and many more.
